    Policy for prevention of conflict of interest regulates:

    • Respectful treatment of Company's employees to each other, to clients and partners;
    • Limited access to the data, that are stored as physical documents and electronically;
    • Company's management, officials and employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of information, that was received as a result of service.

    • Control over the risk of asset management company and funds in management.
    • Achieving an optimal effective functioning of risk management system in AMC corporate governance.

    • Establishment of an adequate mechanism of control over the conformity of aggregate risk level of each Fund.

    • Defenition of effectiveness and improvement of mechanisms and approaches of risk management, minimizing the negative effects, that are caused by assumption of risk.
